2 Dead in Dallas Traffic Crash on US Highway 75 and Southwestern Boulevard
DALLAS, TX (January 2, 2025) – Wednesday morning, 2 people died in a brutal auto accident on US Highway 75 and Southwestern Boulevard.
Reports said that the incident occurred at about 4:00 a.m. in the northbound lanes of US Highway 75 around Southwestern Boulevard.
Firefighters reported that one car had stalled on the highway and was subsequently hit by a second car. One of the vehicles appeared to have caught fire during the incident.
The northbound lanes of the highway were closed from University Boulevard to Lovers Lane for several hours but have since reopened.
