2 Dead in Las Vegas Multi-Vehicle Accident on IR215 and Town Center Drive

 
LAS VEGAS, NV (February 6, 2023) – Sunday, two people died in a multi-vehicle crash on IR215 and Town Center Drive.
 
The incident happened at about 2:39 a.m. on IR215 and Town Center Drive.
 
According to the Nevada State Police, a wrong-way vehicle traveled south in the northbound travel lanes on IR25 and Charleston. Reports described the vehicle as a white Cadillac.
 
When the officers arrived, they determined that the Cadillac traveled in the far left travel lane. Meanwhile, a red Chevrolet pickup traveled north in the far left lane.
 
Then, the two vehicles crashed head-on and rotated counterclockwise. Afterward, the Chevrolet made contact with a Nissan traveling in the middle lane.
 
As a result, the female adult driver of the Cadillac died at the scene. At this time, the authorities haven’t determined whether impairment played a role in the crash.
 
Meanwhile, officers noted that the Chevrolet was occupied by one male adult driver and one female adult passenger.
 
Then, responders transported the female to UMC Trauma with serious injuries. Meanwhile, the Chevrolet driver succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.
 
Also, one male adult driver and one female adult passenger occupied the Nissan. Responders transported both of them to UMC Trauma for moderate injuries.
 
Moreover, authorities shut down IR215 northbound throughout the investigation.
 
Also, officers noted that the incident marks the 8th deadly crash under the Nevada State Police, Highway Patrol – Southern Command this year.
