2 Hurt in Vancouver Car Accident
VANCOUVER, WA (January 15, 2019) – Two people were hurt in a wrong-way car crash on Highway 14 in Vancouver on January 13.
According to emergency responders, the wrong-way driver fled from the scene. Meanwhile, the two other drivers involved in the crash sustained injuries.
The incident occurred around 6:00 a.m. when a driver traveling east in the westbound lanes struck two other vehicles under 205 Freeway overpass.
After the collision, the wrong-way driver escaped the scene on foot, Vancouver Fire Department officials revealed.
However, he came back and was transported to Peace Health Southwest Medical Center for an evaluation. It is unknown whether the driver will face charges for the incident.
