2 Hurt in Eastvale Multi-Vehicle Crash on 15 Freeway

 
EASTVALE, WA (July 29, 2020) – Monday afternoon, two people suffered injuries in a three-vehicle accident on 15 Freeway.
 
The incident occurred around 2:10 p.m. on northbound 15 Freeway, just south of Pomona (60) Freeway. The crash involved a sedan, a van, and a compact pickup truck in the middle of the five-lane corridor, near the transition to the 60.
 
The wreckage trapped one of the victims and left the person with severe injuries. Two engine crews and a truck company responded to the scene and extricated the trapped victim within 30 minutes.
 
Afterward, responders transported the patient to a hospital in critical but stable condition. Furthermore, responders transported another motorist with moderate injuries.
 
Also, the crash led to the closure of three northbound lanes during the clearing operation and preliminary investigation.
 
Moreover, the authorities issued a SigAlert at 2:40 p.m. By 4:00 p.m., the authorities lifted the SigAlert.
