2 Hurt in Orange Auto Accident on Tustin Street

 
ORANGE, CA (July 29, 2020) – Early Monday morning, two people suffered injuries in a pickup truck crash on Tustin Street.
 
According to reports, a taxi cab and a truck crashed just before 4:45 a.m. in the 800 block of Tustin Street. Due to the impact, the pickup truck crashed into a Wells Fargo bank and left a massive hole in the establishment.
 
The Orange police revealed that the truck carried a motorcycle in its bed. The impact also sent the motorcycle flying into the street. When police and firefighters came to the scene, they first thought that there may be an injured motorcycle rider.
 
Furthermore, the truck driver attempted to run away. However, the authorities chased him down and detained him.
 
Meanwhile, two people inside the taxi suffered minor injuries.
 
The authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash. At this time, it’s unknown whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
