Seattle, WA (April 20, 2025) – Two pedestrians, a 59-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman, were hurt in a hit-and-run crash on MLK Jr Way S Friday evening.

The traffic accident happened around 8:20 p.m. at the intersection with S Alaska Street.

The authorities said a southbound motorcycle struck the pedestrians while they were walking in a crosswalk and the motorcyclist fled the scene before police.

Responding officers found the pedestrians knocked on the ground.

Immediately, the rescuers transported the 59-year-old man in stable condition, but the 57-year-old woman sustained severe head trauma.
