Why Accidents Like These Have Skyrocketed

Even though state laws prohibit cell phone use when driving, upwards of 80% of car accidents are a result of distracted drivers. It is therefore important to know how to proceed with the legalities in case you find yourself involved in a traffic collision.

The most valuable step you can take in response to a vehicle crash is hiring a personal injury attorney. Mark Sweet, a personal injury attorney at Sweet Lawyers, says that serious car accident cases may call for a separate investigation spearheaded by an experienced lawyer fighting on behalf of the injured party.
