Injuries Reported in Sacramento Multi-Vehicle Accident in Fulton Way and La Mesa Way

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (January 31, 2023) – Sunday, two children suffered injuries in a DUI crash on Fulton Way and La Mesa Way.
 
The incident happened in the 2200 block of Fulton Way and La Mesa Way.
 
According to reports, an alleged DUI driver struck three moving vehicles. Then, it swerved and struck three parked vehicles on southbound Fulton Avenue.
 
After the crash, authorities arrested the 30-year-old male driver on suspicion of driving under the influence.
 
Then, responders transported a toddler in the vehicle to the hospital with moderate injuries. Also, they took another child under the age of 10 in one of the other cars to the hospital with minor injuries.
 
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
