HEMET, CA (December 25, 2022) – Saturday night, two people suffered injuries in a go-cart crash on Columbia Street and Whittier Avenue.
The incident happened at 5:16 p.m. on Columbia Street and Whittier Avenue.
According to reports, a Chevrolet Equinox struck a person riding a go-cart in unincorporated East Hemet.
The Riverside County Fire Department said that responders airlifted one patient to a hospital in serious condition. Furthermore, officials said another patient went to a hospital via ground ambulance with minor injuries.
