2 Injured in Collision on Sierra Highway (Agua Dulce, CA)

2 Hospitalized in Agua Dulce Crash on Sierra Highway

 
AGUA DULCE, CA (June 27, 2019) – A two-vehicle collision on Sierra Highway left two people injured Wednesday afternoon.
 
A white Acura and a white Ford Expedition SUV collided on the highway shortly before 1:30 p.m. After that, a witness called to report the incident. The witness reported that one of the injured people bled from their leg.
 
Officials initially dispatched a rescue helicopter to the scene. However, an ambulance ended up transporting the two injured parties. In addition, the paramedics sent both parties to two different hospitals.
 
Emergency responders took one patient to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. However, the other went to Antelope Valley Hospital. They arrived at the hospitals at about 2:30 p.m.
 
Police did not provide any other information at this time. However, an investigation is underway.
