LUBBOCK, TX (January 30, 2023) – Sunday morning, two people sustained injuries in a single-vehicle accident on Avenue X.
 
The incident happened at around 2:32 a.m. in the 14400 block of Avenue X.
 
According to reports, a vehicle lost control for still unknown reasons and crashed into a residence.
 
Moreover, officials confirmed that two people inside the home sustained injuries. Then, paramedics transported the driver of the vehicle to University Medical Center with serious injuries.
 
Meanwhile, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
