2 Injured in Sparks Car Crash on McCarran Boulevard and Nichols Boulevard
SPARKS, NV (November 13, 2020) – Tuesday, two people suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident on McCarran Boulevard and Nichols Boulevard.
According to reports, a vehicle made a left turn from McCarran Boulevard onto Nichols Boulevard. However, a Prius didn’t yield to a red light southbound.
As a result, responders transported two people with moderate injuries to the hospital.
On the other hand, the authorities do not believe that impairment played a role in the crash.
Due to the limited information, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reported that two out of three vehicle drivers will take part in an injury accident during their lifetime. Moreover, in the event of a collision itself, remain calm. By doing so, you can properly handle the immediate aftermath of the incident.
Additionally, reports revealed that every year, 20-50 million people suffer injury or become disabled in a car accident. Also, to avoid such negative outcomes, it’s best to practice safe driving habits on the road at all times. It’s also a good call to be mindful/ focused, and avoid aggression or altercations with others when driving your vehicle.
