2 Hospitalized in Car Collision on Calle Mayor [Torrance, CA]

One Critically Injured in Torrance Two-Vehicle Car Crash

TORRANCE, CA (December 20, 2018) – Two vehicles were involved in an accident on Calle Mayor, leaving two hospitalized Thursday night.

Officers responded to the scene at 9:15 PM at the intersection of Calle Mayor and Carlow Road.

According to Lieutenant C. Charley of the Torrance Police Department, the victims were ejected from one of the vehicles. First responders arrived shortly after and transported them to a nearby hospital.

One of the victims was critically injured, it was reported that both of the drivers did not sustain any injuries. The identities and status on the victims medical conditions has yet to be released.

There has been no further information released regarding the circumstances leading up to the incident at this time as it is still under investigation.
