Injuries Reported after Los Angeles Accident on Interstate 5 and Roxford Street

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (November 22, 2020) – Friday morning, two people required hospitalization after a 4-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 and Roxford Street.
 
At about 8:57 a.m., the Los Angeles County and city firefighters received reports of a multi-vehicle crash. Furthermore, the incident took place on Interstate 5, north of Roxford Street, said Marvin Lim, a spokesman for the L.A. County Fire Department.
 
CHP Sgt. Zachary Emmons revealed that the involved parties suffered minor injuries. Moreover, responders transported two patients to the hospital.
 
“There were two patients transported to Holy Cross with minor injuries,” he revealed.
 
Due to the crash, the authorities issued a temporary SigAlert that had blocked all southbound lanes of the 5 freeway, except the carpool lane. Furthermore, the crash caused traffic back up to State Route 14.
 
By 10:30 a.m., the authorities lifted the SigAlert.
