2 Drivers Injured in Jackson Avenue Collision [Kansas City, MO]

Kansas City, MO (May 11, 2025) – A motorcyclist and another driver were injured in a Jackson Avenue collision Friday night.

It was past 9 p.m. when the collision happened at the intersection with of East 25th Street.

Investigators said a Yamaha motorcycle driver was traveling east on 25th Street when it ran through a stop sign and crashed into a Ford Escape that was driving north on Jackson Avenue.

Both drivers were transported to a hospital. The motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries and the Ford driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The authorities are investigating the collision.
