2 Killed in Apple Valley Car Crash on Zuni Road

 
APPLE VALLEY, CA (January 20, 2020) – Two people died in a rollover car crash on Zuni Road in Apple Valley on January 18.
 
The incident happened at 12:22 p.m. on Zuni Road, west of Central Road.
 
The emergency crews with the Apple Valley Fire Protection District and AMR responded to the scene and located a light-colored Toyota 4Runner with major damage on its roof.
 
Authorities pronounced a male and female passenger dead at the scene. Meanwhile, a third person suffered critical injuries and medics flew him to a trauma center. Moreover, the driver sustained minor injuries and got transported to a nearby hospital.
 
According to officials from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the Major Accident Investigation Team will be handling the investigation.
