Injuries Reported in Uvalde Vehicle Crash on Highway 83 near Nueces River Bridge
UVALDE, TX (January 26, 2023) – Wednesday morning, two people died in an auto accident on Highway 83 near Nueces River Bridge.
The incident happened at around 4:00 a.m. on Highway 83 near Nueces River Bridge and La Pryor Crossing.
According to Uvalde County Constable Emmanuel Zamora, a vehicle lost control and crashed on the bridge for still unknown reasons.
Moreover, EMS confirmed that two occupants of the vehicle died at the scene. Then, paramedics transported patients to a hospital with unknown injuries.
Furthermore, the crash closed the area for several hours but has long since reopened.
