2 Hurt in Las Vegas Pedestrian Accident
LAS VEGAS, NV (October 10, 2019) – Two children suffered injuries after a vehicle struck them on Russell Road and Hualapai Way on October 9.
The crash sent the children to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The authorities responded to West Russell Road and South Hualapai Way about 8:40 a.m. According to reports, the two 10-year-old children walked in the marked crosswalk when the collision happened.
The female driver hit the children. After that, responders transported the victims to the University Medical Center.
Authorities believe that impairment is not a factor in the collision.
Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and has been cooperative with the officers.
