1 Dead in San Marcos Single-Vehicle Accident on Schoolhouse Way

 
SAN MARCOS, CA (August 12, 2020) – Early Monday night, a 19-year-old man died in a rollover crash on Schoolhouse Way.
 
The single-vehicle accident happened at about 6:40 p.m. on Schoolhouse Way, east of Elfin Forest Road. San Diego County Sheriff‘s Sgt. Charles Morreale revealed that the crash occurred near San Elijo Middle School
 
Furthermore, the detectives found out that a 19-year-old man drove a Chevrolet pickup south on Schoolhouse Way. Moreover, as he traveled at a high speed and he lost control of the vehicle. Then, he hit a curb and the car rolled over down an embankment.
 
Upon the authorities’ arrival, they declared the driver dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the identity of the deceased remains undisclosed due to pending family notification.
