Las Vegas Pedestrian Accident on Bronco Street and Arby Avenue
LAS VEGAS, NV (September 17, 2019) – A 10-year-old boy sustained injuries after a car hit him near Bronco Street on September 13.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Lt. Greg Phenis said, the accident occurred at around 7:15 a.m. near Bronco Street and Arby Avenue. In addition, police stated the accident is also near Jones Boulevard south of Roy Horn Way.
The witnesses said that the boy tried to cross Arby Avenue. After that, the driver of a 2015 Lexus drove to the right-side of the undivided road. However, the boy crossed the road from the sidewalk and ran into the path of the Lexus. The Luxus’ front then hit the 10-year-old boy.
The Las Vegas police confirmed that the driver remained at the scene. In addition, he did not suffer from impairment.

Police added that the driver did not check on the boy after the crash.
Authorities shut down both directions of Arby Avenue during the investigation.
The police are still investigating the pedestrian accident.
