1 Woman Injured, 4 Suspects Arrested After Crash on Bond and Olive Avenues [Fresno, CA]

 

4 Suspects Leading Police in Pursuit Crashed Into Another Vehicle on Bond and Olive Avenues

 
Fresno, CA (August 28, 2020) – On Wednesday afternoon, a crash on Bond and Olive Avenues left 4 suspects arrested after leading police in a pursuit.
 
The incident happened on August 26 at around 2:10 p.m. on Bond and Olive Avenues.
 
Officers were in the area when they spotted a vehicle involved from last week’s shooting incident in southeast Fresno.
 
The officers then tried to stop the vehicle however, the vehicle failed to yield to the officers. Furthermore, the vehicle ran a red light on Olive Avenue before hitting another vehicle.
 
As a result, the suspects’ vehicle went straight into the front yard of a house.
 
The impact of the crash left one woman injured and trapped inside the other vehicle. Fresno Fire crews helped in extricating the woman before the medical personnel took her to Community Regional Medical Center.
 
Meanwhile, the Southeast police district commander, Captain Anthony Martinez said that police arrested the four suspects.
 
The crash has led to the closure of Olive and Bond Avenues for a couple of hours.
