SANTA CLARITA, CA (January 21, 2021) – Wednesday night, Carlos Salgado-Ruiz died in a pedestrian crash near Bouquet Canyon Road and Seco Canyon Road in Saugus.
 
The authorities received a report of the incident around 10:06 p.m. Moreover, it happened near Bouquet Canyon Road and Seco Canyon Road.
 
“It was reported as a collision with a pedestrian involved,” revealed Supervisor Ornelas with the department.
