1 Hospitalized in Carmichael Auto Accident on Interstate 8 near Ogilby Road

 
CARMICHAEL, CA (July 22, 2021) – Wednesday morning, a person sustained injuries in a roll-over crash on Interstate 8 near Ogilby Road.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 2:20 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on Interstate 8, west of Ogilby Road.
 
Reports revealed that a vehicle crashed and landed on its side for still unknown reasons.
 
Furthermore, responders transported a passenger of the vehicle with major leg injuries to the Buttercup camp area. Then, the paramedics airlifted the victim via Mercy Air Ambulance Helicopter to a hospital.
 
Meanwhile, officials released no further details about the crash as of this time.
 
The incident is under investigation.
