PALM SPRINGS, CA (June 24, 2020) – Late Monday morning, a person sustained injuries in a two-car crash on Palm Canyon.
 
According to police reports, the incident happened around 10:50 a.m. near North Palm Canyon and Via Olivera intersection. Meanwhile, Palm Springs Fire Department Capt. Nathan Gunkel revealed that the crash left both cars with front-end damage. Moreover, one of the cars landed on a curb.
 
Gunkel added that a motorist sustained minor injuries. Then, responders took the person to an area hospital for treatment.
 
The crash led to the temporary closure of southbound North Palm Canyon. However, the road reopened around noon.
