OCEANSIDE, CA (September 23, 2021) – Tuesday night, a person died in a crash on State Route 78 near College Boulevard.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 10:00 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on east State Route 78, just east of College Boulevard.
 
Reports revealed that a vehicle crashed and went down an embankment. Also, authorities said that one person ended on the ground in the eastbound lane of the freeway.
