1 Killed in Two-Vehicle Collision on 205 Freeway [Tracy, CA]

Fatal Two-Car Collision on 205 Freeway west of 11th Street

 
Tracy, CA (May 15, 2020)– On Thursday afternoon, one unidentified individual died in a two-vehicle collision on 205 Freeway just west of 11th Street.
 
CHP responded upon receiving crash reports at around 2:37 p.m. on May 14. Dispatched officers arrived and located two sprawled vehicles on the scene.
 
According to reports, this accident involved a red Tesla Model 3 and a Ford F-35. The Ford ended up on its roof after the collision. However, what leads to this fatal collision remains unspecified.
 
As a result, emergency crews pronounced one person dead on the scene. The identity of this individual and others involved will not be released at this time.
 
Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Moreover, CHP is investigating the incident and will release more information once available.
