DALLAS, TX (February 4, 2025) – Monday afternoon, a brutal auto accident on Interstate 35 and Riverfront Boulevard killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 1:00 p.m. on Interstate 35 and Riverfront Boulevard.

Camera footage near the downtown exit showed heavy traffic around 1 p.m.

The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office confirmed a fatality. Crews cleared the debris, and all northbound lanes on I-35 at Riverfront Boulevard reopened just after 3 p.m.

At this time, the circumstances to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
