1 Dead and 4 Injured in Austin Auto Accident on FM 2769 Road

AUSTIN, TX (June 15, 2025) – Saturday night, a person died in a brutal 2-vehicle crash on FM 2769 Road.

Reports said that the incident involving two vehicles happened just after 9:00 p.m. on FM 2769 Road.

Emergency crews responded to a crash that left one person pinned inside a vehicle due to significant damage. First responders successfully extricated the individual.

STAR Flight transported an adult with serious injuries to Dell Seton Medical Center. Another adult and a child were taken to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center. Medics assessed a fourth adult at the scene for minor injuries but did not transport them.

The Austin Fire Department and Lake Travis Fire Rescue assisted in the response.
