1 Dead in Blythe Auto Accident on US Route 95

 
BLYTHE, CA (October 4, 2020) – Saturday afternoon, a person died in a head-on crash on the southbound side of US Route 95.
 
The incident happened just before 10:00 p.m. on US Route 95 near the Whipple Mountains Wilderness Area.
 
After the crash, the authorities received a report that one of the drivers became unresponsive and not breathing.
 
Thus, personnel from the Riverside County coroner’s office responded to the scene.
 
However, it’s still unclear whether there were other injuries. As of this time, the events that have led up to the crash remain undisclosed as well.
 
The crash on US Route 95 remains under active investigation.
