Several Injured in Deadly Long Beach Vehicle Pile-Up Accident on Interstate 405

 
LONG BEACH, CA (December 16, 2021) – Monday night, a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 405 led to injuries.
 
The authorities received a report of a stalled vehicle on Interstate 405 at 11:21 p.m. As the units responded, other vehicles hit the single-vehicle which led to an even bigger traffic hazard.
 
When the responders arrived, they found multiple vehicles that had crashed and several victims.
 
Thus, responders transported several patients to the hospital with moderate injuries.
 
Also, one victim died at the scene. The CHP confirmed that the crash involved up to 7 vehicles.
 
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
