SANTA CLARA, CA (January 3, 2023) – Monday afternoon, a person died in a chain-link fence crash on Highway 101 and Great America Parkway.
 
The incident happened at about 4:45 p.m. on southbound US Highway 101, just north of Great America Parkway.
 
According to reports, a vehicle crashed into a 50-foot chain link fence.
 
As a result, one person died in the crash. Meanwhile, another person suffered injuries.
