PALMDALE, CA (November 13, 2022) – Saturday night, a person died in a two-vehicle crash on 40th Street East and East Avenue O.
 
The incident happened at 6:56 p.m. at 40th Street East and East Avenue O, said CHP Officer Edgar Figueroa.
 
After the crash, two people were trapped in one of the vehicles. Also, officers confirmed that three people suffered injuries.
 
Then, a person reportedly died in the crash.
 
Also, the authorities shut down the northbound and southbound lanes of 40th Street East during the investigation.
 
Due to the limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
