Early Morning Hit-and-Run Crash on 91 Freeway

 
ANAHEIM, CA (June 14, 2019) – One person was killed and three others were injured following a hit-and-run crash on 91 Freeway, early Friday morning.
 
The crash happened around 1:48 a.m., on the westbound side of 91 Freeway. Dispatchers arrived near the 57 Freeway shortly after.
 
Arriving officers located one body on the roadway that was reportedly struck by at least two vehicles. The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
Three people found in a nearby damaged vehicle were taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
 
Two people reportedly fled the scene on foot.
 
No additional information was provided at this time. Authorities urged anyone who witnessed the crash to contact the CHP’s Santa Ana office.
