2 Teens Hospitalized in Crash on Turlock Road that Left Antonio Romo Dead

 
Turlock, CA (July 3, 2021) – Saturday morning, Winton teen Antonio Romo died, and two 16-year-olds sustained injuries after a solo vehicle rollover crash near Looney Road.
 
Moreover, the Turlock fatal crash happened at 9:54 a.m. on July 3.
 
According to reports, the three teens were traveling down Turlock near Looney Road at around 55 MPH.
 
Apparently, the driver misjudged a turn causing the car to roll over multiple times.
 
Later on, police said the driver, 17-year-old Romo, did not wear a seatbelt and suffered fatal injuries.
 
Furthermore, the front passenger reportedly wore a seatbelt. Subsequently, he suffered minor injuries while the back passenger seemed uninjured but was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
 
Investigators said alcohol and drugs do not seem to be a factor.
