Driver Dies in Head-On Collision on Avenue 9 and Road 38 in Fresno

 
Fresno, CA (April 22, 2021) – On Thursday, one person died, and another sustained injuries after a head-on collision on Avenue 9 and Road 38.
 
The Fresno fatal crash happened on April 22.
 
According to reports, a driver in a white sedan was traveling westbound on Avenue 9 and went on the opposing side of the road. It then collided with a pickup truck.
 
Moreover, both vehicles were occupied by just the drivers.
 
After the collision, the white sedan driver died at the scene and the sedan then caught fire.
 
Meanwhile, the pickup driver was taken to Community Regional Medical Center.
