VAN NUYS, CA (November 08, 2019) — One person died and another suffered injuries in a crash on Roscoe Boulevard Thursday morning.
 
Fire officials said they received a report about the incident at around 7:00 a.m. in the 16400 block of Roscoe Boulevard.
 
One person died at the scene of the crash. Paramedics rushed a second person to the hospital with critical injuries.
 
Meantime, traffic slowed down on Roscoe Boulevard during the morning rush hour while the cleanup and emergency response were ongoing.
 
The cause and circumstances leading to the crash remain under investigation.
