One Person Hospitalized after Crash on Interstate 15 in Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV (October 25, 2022) – Monday night, one person sustained injuries in a crash on Interstate 15 and Charleston Boulevard.
The crash in Las Vegas happened at around 8:30 p.m. on October 24.
North Las Vegas police said the incident started when the suspect allegedly stole a vehicle with two “very young children” inside and then led police on a pursuit that ended near the I-15 and Charleston Boulevard.
Reportedly, the mother chased the vehicle on foot. The suspect eventually pulled over and let the kids out somewhere on Decatur, then left the area.
Then the officer pursued the vehicle onto Interstate 15 until the suspect crashed near I-15 and Charleston.
The driver of the vehicle sustained injuries and treated at a local hospital suffering from minor injuries.
The suspect fled on foot but was arrested shortly after.
Meanwhile, the mother and her two children were found safe.
