Driving on the road will likely involve you thinking for others. You may never know what others are thinking, but if you remain one step ahead and defensive, you can avert car accidents. Always yield when you’re uncertain of other people’s motives; slow down and travel at a conscious speed; and always keep a three-second cushion from the car in front of you. These are just a handful of ways to increase your safety.
