1 Hospitalized in San Jacinto Accident on State Route 79 and Gilman Springs Road

 
SAN JACINTO, CA (December 22, 2020) – Monday morning, a person sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on State Route 79 and Gilman Springs Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 9:00 a.m. Moreover, it took place on southbound State Route 79, south of Gilman Springs Road.
 
Responders confirmed that an unidentified motorist sustained unknown injuries. It is unclear if the victim was transported to a hospital.
 
Reports revealed that the victim’s vehicle was being tailgated and hit by the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect vehicle, a tan or champagne color Toyota Camry left the scene after the collision.
 
Authorities urge anyone with information regarding the suspect vehicle to contact them as soon as possible.
