LOS ANGELES, CA (October 21, 2021) – Wednesday night, a person sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Rochester Avenue.
 
According to Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened at around 8:05 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on westbound Rochester Avenue, near Los Angeles National Veterans Park.
 
Reports revealed that a westbound gray Toyota Camry turned left towards southbound Federal Avenue. Then, it struck an electric scooter. The force of the crash ejected the scooter driver onto the road. Then, Toyota fled the scene after the crash.
 
Furthermore, responders transported the victim to a hospital with serious injuries.
 
Meanwhile, the incident remains under investigation.
