SANTA CLARITA, CA (January 1, 2022) – Late Saturday morning, a person suffered injuries in a fire engine crash on Rock Canyon Drive.
 
The incident happened just before 12:00 p.m. on Rock Canyon Drive in the Angeles Forest north of Santa Clarita.
 
According to reports, the crash involved an engine from Los Angeles County Fire Department Station 108.
 
“We’re really not gonna release anything at this point. Because it involved one of our fire engines,” said a spokesperson with LACoFD.
 
Engine 108 responded and confirmed that at least one person required hospitalization.
 
First responder radio traffic also added that the crash involved Engine 108 and a transport was made.
