1 Hurt in Butte County Single-Vehicle Crash on Powelton Road

 
BUTTE COUNTY, CA (September 28, 2020) – Saturday, a person suffered injuries in a fiery crash on Powelton Road.
 
The authorities received a report of the crash just before noon. According to the report, a single-vehicle crash led to a car fire that had spread its flames to nearby vegetation.
 
By 12:45 p.m., the CAL FIRE Public Information Officer Rick Carhart announced that they already put off the fire.
 
Meanwhile, Carhart added that a civilian suffered injuries in the incident. Thus, flight care responded to take the wounded civilian to a local hospital.
 
The officers continue to investigate the crash on Powelton Road.
