1 Hospitalized in Hesperia Traffic Accident on Main Street and Mesa Linda Avenue

 
HESPERIA, CA (July 4, 2022) – Sunday morning, a person sustained injuries in a fiery crash on Main Street and Mesa Linda Avenue.
 
According to authorities, the incident happened at around 8:48 a.m. on Main Street and Mesa Linda Avenue.
 
Reports revealed that a semi ran a red light and collided with a sedan. Then, the semi continued traveling for several hundred feet after the collision. As a result, it knocked down a fire hydrant and a high-pressure water valve on the sidewalk. Eventually, the semi erupted into flames after the crash.
 
Moreover, responders transported the male driver of the sedan to a hospital with minor injuries.
 
Furthermore, the incident sprayed water from the ruptured water lines into the roadway for about an hour before responders shut it off.
 
Meanwhile, the incident remains under active investigation.
