Sherman Oaks, CA (August 10, 2020) – On Sunday, a major injury in a car crash on Ventura Freeway and Van Nuys Boulevard took place.
 
California Highway Patrol said the accident happened at about 1:23 a.m. where a white sedan and a black SUV got involved in a crash.
 
Meanwhile, authorities did not provide further details about the crash as the possible cause of the collision is not yet identified.
 
The CHP issued a SigAlert at 2:18 a.m. closing down lanes Nos. 1-5 of the seven lanes in that section of the eastbound Freeway.
 
Aim high in steering, i.e. don’t make your steering adjustments based on what is directly in front of you, but rather what is down the road. If the road is winding to the right, for example, look as far into the turn as possible. This will improve your safety and make your turns smoother.
