Los Angeles, CA (November 4, 2020) – Tuesday night, an 18-year-old sustained injuries after a DUI two-car hit-and-run crash on Highway 14.
 
Subsequently, police located and arrested the driver, 19-year-old Caesar Salzar of Lancaster, after fleeing the scene on foot.
 
The crash happened around 9:30 p.m. on November 3. Dispatched officers responded on northbound Highway 14, north of Sand Canyon Road.
 
Los Angeles County Fire reports say the crash involved two vehicles. One person was ejected from the vehicle.
 
After the collision, the suspect fled the scene on foot but later arrested and found to be driving under the influence.
 
At this time, the suspect is facing charges for felony DUI.
