One Hospitalized after Car Crash in Hemet

 
HEMET, CA (February 17, 2019) – On Sunday morning, one person was injured in a two-car collision on Johnston Avenue.
 
According to Hemet Police Department, the incident occurred around 11:40 AM near Kirby Street. The identity of the victim has not yet been released to the public.
 
As per reports, a white Nissan and a burgundy sedan were involved in a collision. However, the cause of the accident is currently unknown.
 
When the Hemet Fire Department arrived at the scene, they evaluated and treated the two drivers. They transported one victim who suffered minor injuries to Hemet Valley Hospital. However, the victim’s current medical condition has not been disclosed.
 
As a result of the collision on Johnston Avenue, the surrounding area was closed for a cleanup and investigation. Soon after, the authorities reopened the road. There has been no further information released at this time.
