1 Injured in Hemet Rollover Car Accident on Florida Avenue

 
HEMET, CA (June 25, 2019) – A person sustained injuries after a rollover car accident on Florida Avenue on June 22.
 
The incident occurred on West Florida Avenue near 4 Seasons Boulevard. However, emergency responders came to the scene with 911 reports of a sedan and pickup truck collision. As a result, one vehicle rolled over due to the impact.
 
Callers also revealed that the two vehicles blocked the road. However, other motorists attempted to drive their way past the wreckage.
 
Upon the officers’ arrival, they located two vehicles. Authorities identified the cars as a gray Chrysler and gray Chevy 1500 pickup truck. In addition, the pickup landed on its roof and the Chrysler stopped near the middle of the roadway nearby.
 
Several concerned motorists stopped at the scene and helped the two drivers involved in the collision.
 
An AMR ground ambulance transported one victim to an area hospital with injuries.
 
Hemet PD currently handles the investigation of the collision.
