TUCSON, AZ (September 2, 2019) – A person sustained injuries in a car crash that shut down Ajo Way on August 29.
 
The police revealed that a person went to Banner-University Medical Center. The incident left a vehicle on its side. As of this time, the identity and condition of the victim remain unavailable.
 
Meanwhile, a spokesman with the Arizona Department of Public Safety revealed that the collision occurred at around 10:00 a.m. The incident took place on eastbound 10 Freeway near Milepost 256. The incident involved an SUV and a tractor-trailer. The SUV then overturned and ended up on Ajo Way.
 
The crash shut down Ajo Way between Benson Highway and Kino Parkway until just before noon.
