CENTRALIA, WA (July 17, 2019) – A person sustained injuries after a car accident on 5 Freeway on July 15.
 
The collision involved at least five vehicles, including a log truck and a semi, happened about 3:50 p.m. However, according to police, the incident involved three cars and one person sustained injuries.
 
Due to the crash, both northbound and southbound lanes shut down. At about 4:30 p.m., northbound lanes fully closed down, while southbound traffic on the right shoulder slowed down.
 
Authorities advised drivers to use Harrison Avenue to get around the crash. However, police did not release any other details regarding the accident at this time.
