1 Killed in Fatal Vehicle Crash on Manning Avenue and Jacobs Avenue

 
Fresno, CA (August 7, 2020) – On Thursday, a driver died in a vehicle crash on Manning Avenue and Jacobs Avenue.
 
The fatal accident happened at around 5 p.m. near Orange Cove.
 
Authorities said a black car either ran a stop sign or didn’t see another car approaching as it entered the intersection.
 
The driver of the other car couldn’t avoid the approaching car and it crashed into the driver’s side door.
 
Because of the impact, both of the cars were sent to the shoulder. Those cars also took down a telephone pole and started a fire.
 
Authorities pronounced the driver of the black car dead at the scene. On the other hand, the driver from the other car sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
